Handmade and customized items may have slight variations in stitching, embroidery, or fabric shades.
3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept payments via secure methods including UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are provided during checkout. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions.

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Free shipping or flat-rate delivery may apply to select orders or promotions.
5. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of modestwear and hygiene standards, returns for hijabs, undercaps, gloves, and naqab are not accepted.

Custom-sized or altered abayas are non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges are allowed once per order and must be initiated within 5 days.
6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement unless already dispatched.
